A factory, not a trading desk: moulds, precision machining, polishing, hinge assembly and inspection all under one roof in Shenzhen — so a frame is repeatable, not just presentable.
Shenzhen Vchuang Technology Co., Ltd. — trading under the brand Osicare — was founded in 2014 in Shenzhen, the core cluster of China's high-end eyewear industry, and has grown into a vertically integrated eyewear manufacturer and ODM/OEM partner. Behind the company sits more than 20 years of eyewear manufacturing experience.
Our customers are eyewear brands, optical retailers, buying offices and wholesalers in more than 80 countries. Some come with a finished specification and need 1,500 in-stock models shipped next week. Others arrive with a sketch, a competitor sample or a target landed cost and need a programme developed from zero. Both are handled by the same team, against the same quality protocol.
Tooling and mould development, frame bending, hinge insertion, polishing and assembly all sit on site. 15 high-precision CNC machines, 15 automatic bending lines, 16 automatic hinge-insertion machines and 11 polishing units run within walking distance of the inspection benches, which is why a dimension that drifts on one line is caught and corrected the same day rather than after shipping.
1,500+ models are held in stock with new designs released every month, so a season can be opened without tooling spend. For private label work the same plant runs OEM and ODM programmes: laser engraving, custom moulds and 3D prototyping, with logo printing available from 30 pieces and free from 100 pieces.
There is no minimum order on in-stock styles. Lead times are 4–7 days on stock, 7–15 days once a custom logo is involved, and 35–65 days for a full ODM programme — quoted per project and then measured against it.
Four figures that decide whether a programme can be absorbed without pushing your delivery dates.
Shenzhen Vchuang Technology Co., Ltd. is set up in the eyewear cluster of Shenzhen, working from customer drawings and samples.
Repeat-order production for overseas brands begins, with tooling held in-house so that a re-order matches the approved sample.
Machining, bending, hinge insertion, polishing and assembly are consolidated into one building, replacing outsourced finishing steps.
15 CNC machines, 15 automatic bending lines and 16 automatic hinge-insertion machines come on stream alongside a 16-person inspection team.
The compliance file grows to cover CE, ISO 12870:2016, EU MDR 2017/745, UKCA, REACH, and EN 16128 / EN 12472 nickel-release testing.
Stock, custom-logo and full ODM routes run side by side, serving brands, retailers and wholesalers in 80+ countries.
Tooling, quality control and customisation are not departments we subcontract — they are the reasons a repeat order looks like the first one.
Twenty-plus years of eyewear manufacturing in Shenzhen — factory, office, showroom and workshop on one site, so a programme runs from drawing to packed carton without leaving the building.
