Certificates are only worth what they let you do: place frames on a shelf in a given market, without a compliance argument at the border or a refund request three months later. Our file is built around the markets our customers actually sell into — the EU and the UK first, with documentation support for other destinations.
Our inspection system covers the production floor end to end, from incoming material through machining, bending, hinge insertion, polishing, assembly and packing. Product-level compliance sits on top of it: ISO 12870:2016 for spectacle frames, the CE file covering eyewear testing, RoHS 2015/863 and REACH for restricted substances, EN 16128 and EN 12472 for nickel release on metal parts in skin contact, and EU MDR 2017/745 obligations for the EU market.
Depending on the destination and the customer's own compliance team, an order ships with the relevant certificate references, test reports, Declaration of Conformity support documents, and the inspection record for the production run. Labelling and packaging can be set up to your market's wording where required.
Third-party test reports are issued for the materials, coatings and components used in the order; the certificate set is confirmed per project, since requirements differ by frame construction and by market.
