From brief to approved sample in four documented steps — drawn, tooled, moulded and tested by the same five engineers who then hand the frame to production.
A frame that looks right on a render but cannot be polished or hinged at volume is a development cost, not a product. Our designers sit in the same building as the toolmakers and the bending lines, so wall thickness, hinge pocket depth and polishing access are settled on the drawing rather than discovered in the first production batch.
Development work is handled by 5 senior R&D engineers working with the 16-person quality team. Each project keeps a single owner from concept to approval, so the person who agreed the tolerance is the person who signs it off.
ODM. You describe a position in the market, a material direction and a target landed cost; we propose shapes, build 3D prototyping previews and come back with a physical sample. The moulds stay with us, which is why a re-order does not need a second round of tooling.
OEM. You already have the drawing. We review it for manufacturability, flag anything that would raise cost or failure risk, then tool, sample and run it to your specification — including your logo, packaging and quality documents.
Mould development, adjustment and first-off inspection all happen on site: 15 high-precision CNC machines, 15 automatic bending lines, 16 automatic hinge-insertion machines and 11 polishing units. Because the same plant holds 1,500+ in-stock models, many briefs can be answered with an existing tool first — a stock frame, re-logged and re-finished — before any new mould is cut.
Every step produces something you can check: a brief, a drawing, a tooled prototype and a tested sample.
Shape, size, material and target cost are agreed in writing. We confirm which of the 1,500+ existing models can be adapted before new tooling is considered.
Dimensions, tolerances, hinge type, lens groove and logo position are drawn and reviewed for manufacturability with the toolmakers.
3D prototyping previews are produced for approval, then moulds are cut in-house and first-off parts are checked before a full sample is built.
The sample goes through the same inspection protocol as production — dimensions, hinge cycles, surface and nickel-release where required — and only then is released.
Numbers a brand can plan a season around, rather than a portfolio of one-off renders.
Every frame is thoughtfully designed and exquisitely crafted. We combine premium materials with precision manufacturing to create screwless eyewear that is lightweight, durable, and comfortable. Custom colors, logo printing, and OEM/ODM services are available to help your brand stand out.
Inlaid and stone-set temples worked from the customer's artwork — inlay depth, colour matching and surface finishing checked against the approved sample.
Contact UsA fine, matt texture applied to the temple surface — grain, gloss and depth set per order and held consistent on re-orders.
Contact UsSlim, low-weight frames with carbon-fibre temples — a minimal profile that still takes everyday hinge cycles.
Contact UsSend a sketch, a competitor sample or a target landed cost — we will answer with a sample plan, a tooling estimate and a lead time.
